The haze is getting worse! I think the Government will be declaring 'emergency' soon! The air pollution index in some areas in the Klang Valley are worrying. It's over 500 in Port Klang and Kuala Selangor!!
Sigh. Take care my dearest friends. Stay indoors.
ps./ For those with weak lungs (like me), take care okay? Drink lots of water, take your vitamins and maybe you can try fish oil supplements too. Lets pray for healthier air!
